Right of Cancellation for the Consumer

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day:

you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods in full, if purchased in a single order and delivered in one shipment.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us by email at support@white-melbourne.com. You may use the cancellation form template below, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your decision before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) you purchased, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. This refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.

Please note:

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using tracked shipping to avoid lost packages.

Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

Return Address

Please do not return goods to the address on the package. This is not our return warehouse.

Before returning an item, email us at support@white-melbourne.com and we will provide the correct return instructions and address. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Perishable goods or those with a short expiry date
Sealed items (e.g., personal care or hygiene products) if unsealed after delivery
Goods that have been mixed with others and cannot be separated
Audio, video, or software products with broken seals
Lingerie, Bra's and Swimwear
